Conversion of a Church to a Children’s Day Nursery – Oldbury, West Midlands

Our client approached us to carry out a conversion of an existing church / day centre. We installed a new mezzanine floor to the first floor and created a new space including independent toilets / washroom, baby change and kitchen facilities.

The church’s historic features were retained and refurbished and this conversion also featured:

Insulated false ceiling
Fire Alarm system
Emergency lighting system
New electrical systems & LED lighting
Non-slip floor finishes
Toilet / washroom cubicles and new sanitary ware
Full decoration through-out
Refurbishment of the existing ground floor area to include new LED office lighting
